It's all about protecting your work. My focus is primarily on your visuals. A brief introduction to potential issues, whether you create images, license from others, or a combination.
Too often people turn to attorneys who are not experienced in IP or Intellectual Property. I've seen bad advice online from attorneys who lack specific experience in IP.
It's cost effective to be aware of some legal issues. It's vital to know how to find additional reliable information.
Then consult an attorney when needed and financially feasible. Or proceed on your own, based on your research.
